It is impossible to find good recipes for the low FODMAP diet. There are a few recipes in various websites, but it is time consuming to browse them all, so I made this app for your convenience! It aggregates a lot of recipes together so that you can quickly and easily find something that fits within the low FODMAP diet.
The recipes are curated to match the low FODMAP diet as well as possible. More and more recipes are always being added without you needing to update the app. If it turns out that a recipe does not fit within the diet (due to the recommended foods changing, etc) then we will remove it as soon as possible.
Since I use this app myself, I will be continuously updating it based upon things that seem useful for a better overall experience.
